The Quingo Flyte wins top international award for innovation.

The Quingo team are delighted to announce that the Quingo Flyte, our self-loading, portable mobility scooter, has just won the best innovation award at the REVA Expo in Ghent, Belgium.

REVA EXPO

The exhibition, which runs from 23rd April to the 25th, showcases the very latest and best innovations for the elderly and those with limited mobility.

The REVAnueva Award is a contest for the most innovative product or service for the sector, and we’re all delighted to say that the Quingo Flyte has become the Expo’s outright winner.

More than 150 exhibitors are a taking part in this year’s REVA which has 15,000 visitors viewing the latest products and services from young to old, from people with a limited disability to those with more profound impairments.

The winning Quingo Flyte

The Quingo Flyte is just one of a range of 5 wheel scooters that offer customers enhanced stability, unequalled agility and full ergonomic posture control that gives the user greater comfort on journeys both long and short.

For those readers less familiar with the scooter itself, the Flyte is a portable 5 wheel model specifically designed to give those with any kind of walking difficulty the opportunity to carry their scooter in the car with them, without the need to dismantle any components or do any heavy lifting.

With its lightweight docking station and ramps, the Flyte allows users to load and unload the scooter by remote in and out of most hatchbacks, estates, SUVs and 4x4s with ease – all in under a minute.

Available across the EU

The Quingo Flyte has already enjoying great success in the UK; it is now available in several other EU nations including Holland, Germany, Spain, Sweden and of course, Belgium.

Advanced Vehicle Concepts (who design and produce Quingo scooters) would like to congratulate their exclusive Belgium distributor, Mobiscoot and all its staff for their great success at the show and wish them well for the remainder of the Expo.
