Quingo January Feedback Round Up

Here at Quingo Scooters we love about hearing our customer’s reviews and experiences! In this blog post we wanted to share some of the reviews left for us in the New Year.

“The future of mobility”

On the 11th January, one Quingo user left feedback on the Air model, saying that Quingo were “Excellent, particularly in the area where they make sure that the customer is aware of the traffic they may interact with, and that their memories are good enough so they may be in charge of a Quingo”

He went on to add that “I have had NHS wheelchairs for years, from my 30’s. NHS offered nothing but heavy black things. My husband said they look so awful and decided I deserved something smarter. The Quingo is that and more, it is light, turns on a sixpence and goes up and down curbs with no problem. The Quingo is the future of mobility.”

“No Fuss”

Another Customer kindly commented on the service they received when buying their Classic: “No Fuss service, delivered when they said they would.” In terms of the Classic itself, this customer thought it was a “Comfortable sturdy scooter, everything was within easy access and it was easy to use”.

“I have my freedom back”

Of the service they received with their Toura, another customer comments that it was “Very easy to adapt appointments at short notice owing to health problems, and a very friendly and helpful point of contact”. Also nice to hear was that this customer felt like they had “got their freedom back” after purchasing their Toura.

“Best thing I’ve ever done”

Our last customer in this round up was particularly impressed with his Classic model, saying he “couldn’t do without my scooter now. Best thing I’ve ever done! Thank you!” Commenting on our service: “It was nice to get a phone call asking how I was getting on with my scooter.”
