Quingo Scooters In the News

Mr. Kenneth Robinson

Most recently Quingo have been featured on ITV News and News & Star when we  donated one of our mobility scooters to Mr Kenneth Robinson from Carlisle, who had his prized mobility scooter stolen from outside his flat.

Mr. Robsinson, 83, has had previous strokes previously and after his mobility scooter was stolen had to rely on friends and taxi’s to get around. His carer says they’ve been overwhelmed by the generosity shown to Mr.  Robinson.

“It was brilliant that everybody came together and offered scooters right, left and centre but obviously we took the Quingo option because it was safer for Ken and they did a test drive with him and everything and now I’m just pleased he’s back to his independent self again.”

Les Smith

Back in July we were featured in Kent Online when we were able to help Les Smith, a war veteran who fought during the Second World War. Les was unable to march in the parade as a result of a recent hip operation, however proudly took his place at Medway’s Armed Forces Day after we loaned him an Air.
