Quingo Scooters always puts you first. We strive to supply you with the best quality mobility scooters and excellent customer service, so you can travel the world at your leisure. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for helping us win the coveted Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award 2017. Seeing how happy our customers are with both their Quingo Scooters and the service that they have received from our dedicated team makes us incredibly proud!
It’s always a good idea to see what other people are saying about a product, and the company behind it, before making a purchase, to ensure you get the best quality.
Quingo Scooters understands that some users depend on Disability Living Allowance (DLA), to finance their mobility scooters. But the government is moving from DLA to a new system and this could deprive up to 700 people per week of their Motability vehicles. If you’re one of these people, don’t worry, as Quingo Scooters provides a range of flexible scooter hire services for you to take advantage of.
Quingo Scooters are all about safe, comfortable, freedom combined with first class service, support and aftercare. It is this unique combination of innovative products and service that makes our customers’ journey such an enjoyable and rewarding one. It is also why our customer feedback from both our internal surveys and independent user feedback has been consistently rated at 4.9 stars out of 5 for products and 4.8 stars out of 5 for service for the last 12 months.
Here at Quingo Scooters we’re always eager to support charities and good causes where we can. So, back in September we were over the moon to be able to loan two Quingo Mobility Scooters for use in the Maggie’s Culture Crawl Oxford walk.
Maggie’s is a charity which offers support to those affected by cancer and their families. It has Cancer Support Specialists, Benefits Advisors, Therapists and Psychologists on hand to give a range of specialised support. Maggie’s also have centres up and down the country, and provide a much needed welcoming and calm space.
Last month, Great Britain’s up-and-coming Para Dressage riders travelled to the West Midlands for the Summer Festival of Para Dressage. One of these riders was Mari Akhurst – a Quingo Air user.
Quingo donated the Air scooter to Mari to support her amazing ambitions of being a Para Dressage rider. Mari was recently in touch to tell us all about how the summer festival went.
This year saw the second ever running of this increasingly popular festival. It’s unique in the fact that it provides a platform for riders to compete, whilst offering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
